Mestre Pastinha became the greatest reference in the preservation, defense and organization of Capoeira Angola. Among other students, he left his faithful disciple Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha who left us the responsibility to continue his legacy!

The 5th of April is also celebrated the National Day of Capoeira Angola!
