IN ALL OUR CLASSES WE WORK ON MUSIC, PERCUSSION, SINGING AND GAMES
| MUSIC |
| All the courses teach you how to sing traditional CAPOEIRA ANGOLA and SAMBA songs in Portuguese, and play the instruments: berimbau, pandeiro, agogô, reco-reco and atabaque. |
| PHYSICAL ACTIVITY |
| We work on the ATTACK AND DEFENSE movements of Capoeira Angola, as well as balance and flexibility. We respect each student’s condition so that the activity is done with pleasure, satisfaction and joy! |

| This is the time to put into practice all the elements we have worked on: We sing, play the instruments, Vadiamos (play) Capoeira Angola and Sambamos ! |
We are a traditional Capoeira Angola school under the direction of Mestre Faísca [ Brazil ], who coordinates all the courses and projects of the CEDANZE Academia João Pequeno de Pastinha – CECA Association [ Europe and Latin America ].
Mestre Faísca is a Capoeira Angola master trained by Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha, an international reference in Capoeira.
Classes are for children from 4 years old and adults of all levels.
No physical condition, flexibility or special musical knowledge is required. Lessons are adapted to each student’s abilities. Beginners are welcome!
| MEETINGS and EXPERIENCES with Capoeira masters and teachers |
| Throughout the year, meetings are organized to practice Capoeira Angola with other members of the association and other capoeiristas. It’s a great way to share experiences between generations. |
