SECOND – BRINCADEIRA D’ANGOLA – PARIS – END OF THE YEAR

On June 17th (Saturday) at 5 rue Léon Schwartzerberg ville de Paris 10e, it will take place THE end-of-year PARTY in Paris: Second – Brincadeira D’Angola

The branch of CEDANZE – Academia João Pequeno de Pastinha – CECA – Mestre Faísca – France, will hold on June 17th, the CLOSING OF THE YEAR 2023 PARTY at the Gymnase Marie Paradis – Paris 10e.

At the FESTA we will bring together: Mestre Faísca’s friends, family members, and the European children, youth and adults enrolled in our school who are in weekly contact with the Afro-Bahian-Brazilian civilizing values of Capoeira Angola, through the technique of Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha, oriented by Mestre Faísca.

At the PARTY we will practice and reflect on the 3 R’s that are contained in civilizing values: Ritual, Rhythm and Respect. We will also introduce the new students and their skills to their friends present and online!

We will work on different elements: Integrating the generations, deepening the traditional rhythms, touches and chants, perfecting the elements of time and space that we use to vadiar Capoeira Angola.

Through a children’s show, we will pay homage to Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha. we will vadiar, samba, fraternize and thus reinforce our friendship and commitment to the university of popular culture!

CEDANZE – Academia João Pequeno de Pastinha – CECA, is heading towards the end of another year’s session, and is already getting ready for everyone to be welcome in the 2023-2024 session.

We continue with the resilience, love, and resistance of the values of our living griots: Mestre Africano Benedito, Mestre Pastinha, and Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha.
